The Trump administration released guidance on how states and school districts can use federal funds to help students with disabilities access dual enrollment programs and other higher education options.


The guidance explains how funding under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and federal vocational rehabilitation money can be used to help students participate in postsecondary education programs, including dual enrollment in college courses while the student is still in high school.
